SACG Automatic Automotive Glass Preprocessing Line

SACG Automatic Automotive Glass Preprocessing Line is a fully automated preliminary glass processing system.
It including glass cutting workstation, Glass breaking workstation and Glass grinding workstation.
It can localize glass automatically and transport it to workstations. After all the procession completed, the end production will transport to outlet.

SACG uses Non-landing transmission system to contact 3 workstations.
The system is uses vacuum adsorption suckers to transport glass, reduce any surface scratch of glass.
 
The shattered glass collector is set at the middle of the production line to achieve efficient use of space and reduce the effect of shattered glass.

Compared with built-in type spindle,
spindle and motor separation design SACG uses has better waterproof and exempt water-cooling problems like water seepage or furring.

Each workstation has independent electronic box for easy maintenance.
 
Customer can control SACG via YC-Grind software and process automotive glass cutting, breaking and grinding automatically, achieve processing automative and reduce human dependence.
 
Customer can also install Auto-loading machine (Optional), YC-340FAD Automotive Glass Drilling Line or Discharge sucker set(Optional)
to achieve automotive glass process fully automative.
