YC-340FAD Automotive Glass Drilling Line

YC-340FAD Automotive Glass Drilling Line is a fully automated automotive glass drilling system, including 2 glass drilling workstations.
It can localize glass automatically and transport it to workstations.
After all the procession completed, the end production will transport to outlet.
 
YC-340FAD uses Non-landing transmission system to contact each workstation.
The system is uses vacuum adsorption suckers to transport glass, reduce any surface scratch of glass.
 
There are 2 drilling spindles on X axis at each station and allow customer to install 2 diameters drill bits on them.
Makes the drilling work more smoothly.
Servo motors can not only make YC-340FAD detect glass thickness but also auto-adjust the drilling depth after the thickness detect completed.
Customer doesn’t need to measure glass thickness one by one when processing multiple thickness glasses.
 
Each workstation has independent electronic box for easy maintenance.

Customer can control YC-340FAD via YC series software and process automotive glass locate and drill automatically,
achieve processing automative and reduce human dependence.

Customer can also install Auto-loading machine (Optional), YC-900 Glass Washing and Drying Machine
or Discharge sucker set(Optional) to achieve automotive glass process fully automative.
