YC-220 Double Edging Machine

YC-220 Double Edging Machine uses microcomputer control and suitable for flat glass edging and polishing.
It can edge parallel side of the glass material at the same time or edge one side and polish them after edging.
Customer can also choose Chamfering device (Optional) if they need.

YC-220 uses liner guideway with ballscrew to control edging width.
The control system is based on PLC and Human Machine Interface.
Customer can modify or enter the parameters via touch screen.
It makes the production operation more automative and reduce human depandance.

To ensure the quality of products and reduce vibration when edging,
YC-220 uses coupling to connect split-type motor and main spindle with liner guideway to reduce the liner defecs of products when edging.
