YC-660 Horizontal Glass Arris Seaming Machine

YC-660 Horizontal Glass Arris Seaming Machine is suitable for flat glass edging and polishing, especially for rectangular shape.
It can load glass automatically, detect and rotate to near side after grinding and polishing one side to achieve fully automactic grinding and polishing of 4 sides rectangular shape glass.

YC-660 uses position wheels to locate glass and transfer glass with roller conveyor to reduce any surface scratch of glass.
Automatic oiling system can auto-detect and oiling, makes YC-660 more easy to maintain.
The control system is based on PLC and Human Machine Interface.
Customer can modify or enter the parameters via touch screen.
It makes the production operation more automative and reduce human depandance.
