YC-300MC4 Multi-Heads Glass Cutting Machine

YC-300MC4 Multi-Heads Glass Cutting Machine is suitable for large size thickness glass straight.
It can not only divide a large size glass with hash shape into at least 9 pcs glasses, but also for irregular cutting procession line,
especially for complex drawing.
It can set more tangent points than YC-300C to cut more complex shape.

YC-300MC4 can auto detect the glass material at feed inlet and localize the the glass material automatically. 
Customer can make cutting heads of YC-300MC4 to process different works independency at the same time.

The control system is based on PLC and Human Machine Interface.
Customer can modify or enter the parameters via touch screen.
It makes the production operation more automative and reduce human depandance.

Customer can install CCD optical alignment system(optional) to locate glasses automatically via image sensor.
Customer can also install automatic glass loading machine (Optional) or automatic glass breaking machine (Optional)
to achieve higher automated production line.
